My desire to join folks on the journey to a better self, has always been focused on action, moving, and getting unstuck from the space you feel stuck in.
Greetings! Please know that I am a clinician who has been in the business of helping folks hear themselves for the past 36 years. I consider it a sacred privilege to walk with you as you work to get reconnected with your authentic self. I call upon a variety of approaches and schools of thought to help guide you as you work to find your way.
TRUST YOUR JOURNEY has always been a very important concept to me. My daughter heard me say it so much she has it tattooed on her arm in my handwriting! Trusting our journey is such an easy thing to say and yet one of the hardest things for us to actually do. Too often we get stuck at some point on our journey and lose our way! Come get unstuck and find your way back to yourself!

Please know I am not able to accept any state of Wisconsin health plans at this time. I am currently in network with AETNA, CIGNA and OPTUM which includes United Healthcare and UMR.
